Are you trying to translate the workstation's 192.168.0.2 IP address to the WAN public IP address so that traffic can be routed across the Internet?

yes i set nat for invalid ip ( work station ) and have a internet ...
but when set srcnat to new ip (see a pic plz ) and ping http://www.google.com my ip say !!! :

a) Instead of screenshots of Winbox please post text exports of the relevant sections. In this case: "/ip firewall nat export". That screenshot doesn't show all the details.
b) You're showing an L2TP client on the client. That VPN connection isn't part of your network diagram, or anything else you posted. Please post a complete network layout. A VPN connection significantly changes packet flow.
