Tue Apr 19, 2011 10:03 pm

Hi,

I was seaching with no success for a way remove an address-list entry when the client get disconected.

What is my scenario:

I have an entry in mangle to handle the pppoe address-list then a filter-rule to add client ip on address-list to by-pass mangle, but i need this filter entry to die when client get disconected, i need the mangle rule to work in all first pppoe connection..

Anyone knows a way to do this?

in time i use a 1d timeout.. was the only way i hav found..

sorry for my english..

Going by your description I am not entirely sure how you're doing this. If the below doesn't help can you post your rules and explain a little bit what you're trying to achieve and how you're currently going about it?

You can use local and RADIUS attributes to automatically populate address lists with IP addresses when clients log in. If the attribute is set, the client is added to the address list, and is removed again on logout.

Does that help?
