I have a question it is possible to capture log if the interface is down or up? ex, my ISP connection was down so its easily to track what time the downtime event.

in ROS 5.0, this is very easy. if you want to know if you have internet connectivity a netwatch script that emails you if, say for example, google.com is down is your best bet
