Every MikroTik (RouterBOARD) card supports 2.224 – 2.539. But you need to find appropriate antenna.

I spoke to the dealer he said that you have to buy the licence from mikrotik for using 2.3Ghz Frequency band.

Can u suggest me some MiniPci card that supports 2.3GHz Band.

I will be very thankful to you.

License is not required for RouterOS v5.x, you can set /interface wireless set wlan1 frequency-mode=superchannel.
Just make sure you are not violating local regulatory domain laws.

What country are you in ?

When they say you need a licence... they may be referring to your local regulatory agency

India may not care about licenses but Aircel paid 34.38 billion rupees for the 2.3ghz spectrum. If they paid that much then they're probably going to care a bit.

You've never seen someone geolocate a transmitter faster than a cellular company when someone steps on their frequencies.
