Is this possible from mikrotik, I can't see log topic for this using syslog.
Maybe somebody has other solutions like using scripts with wget remotely?

Netflows is your best bet. Also known as Traffic Flow in MikroTik. You will need to set up a remote server that will collect and analyze the traffic. Depending on your needs and how much time you have to develop a solution, there are open source options that are free, and there are paid for options that are more complete solution wise.
