Hello guys

I have my DSL connection package 3.5MB but in my router side i can only get 3.1. as per info of DSL provider the upload is 1mb and download is 3.5 in my router side no limit rate in wan port but it can get only 3.1, you guys can experience kind of this behavior or maybe the MTU?
