How can i do this?
Telnet is enabled, but how do I say "allow anyone on the internet to access this via telnet?"
Obviously will turn this off after I'm done.

Simply DO NOT block it. The firewall will allow everything by default, and will only block whatever you specifically tell it to.How can i do this?
