Is there any way to escape from IPCONFLICT

Dear friends,

Please can anyone save me from IPCONFLICT. I am using queues every time iam getting IPCONFLICT...is there anyway to escape from IPCONFLICT....... :oops:

use DHCP to assign addresses to avoid IPconflict, and use PCQ to automatically assign queues without the need for one rule per IP.

i am using Firewall NAT not hotspot or something else.

if i run through DHCP it is diffcult to restrict bandwidth to a customer...
