We have a variety of products in use in our network: mikrotik, dragonwave, redline, memorylink, canopy, engenius. A tech support person at Tessco indicated we could use a software based spectrum analyzer that could simply connect via mac address, and run an analysis using "a variety of software applications" (of which he would not mention any by name). The closest I could think of the use of The Dude, which from my understanding, relies on RouterOS for spectrum analysis. That said:

• Can RouterOS be used on these various devices?
• Will The Dude Spectrum Analysis work for these devices?
• Is there another application out there that you guys have found that will do such a thing?
