Squid question again :(, please help

I can not get squid to work as external proxy. I read Hairpin NAT article and tried all for hours 
My configuration is:
RouterOS:
IP: 10.0.0.1/24
IP: 10.0.1.1/24 (added only for squid)
Squid:
IP: 10.0.1.2/24
Gateway: 10.0.1.1
NAT Rule:
add action=dst-nat chain=dstnat disabled=no dst-port=80 protocol=tcp src-address=!10.0.1.0/24 to-addresses=10.0.1.2 to-ports=3128
But nothing, I can't navigate...
