Some SIP phones not registering

Fri May 04, 2012 1:14 am

Hey guys,

I was recently using MT on a pc and everything in the office was working fine.

We just switched to an RB751u-2Hnd.

Now all our Yealink sip phones work fine but Polycom and Cisco 7960 don't register at all. They both are grabbing config files just fine but wont register.

Running v5.15
NAT is on MasQ

Don't know what else it could be, this should be a simple setup. Any ideas?

Best

Are your phones routed or bridged through the mikrotik?

DNS problem on your VoIP server? We had similar problem a week ago

It was very difficult to realize what is wrong because some phones connected and some not. Finally, I wanted to update our Linux VoIP server and then I realized DNS is not working.
