I purchased 2 new routerboard's that came with 5.6 on them. Because we have over 200 boards installed running 4.6 and we have not field tested 5.6, we like to keep evertying on the same revision (4.6).
When I downgrade from 5.6 to 4.6 I get this error message:
Boot configuration CRC error, applying defaults
writing settings to flash... OK
I can't seem to get this error to go away. So far the systems seem to work, I even installed radios in them and configured them, but every time I boot I get this error.
Any thoughts? I did try downgrading the firmware from 2.36 to 2.25 (5.6 supplied firmware to 4.6 supplied firmware) but same error on both 2.36 & 2.25.
thanks in advance,
John
