Hello,
I've tried to create VLAN for my WLAN-AP, yet unsuccessfully.
I have RB750GL and RB250GS (also an ADSL modem (bridged) and wlan-access-point loaded with DD-WRT)
What I want is is following:
RB750GL
ether1 internet from ADSL-modem
ether2 desktop pc 10.10.10.0/24 network
ether3 other machines 10.10.10.0/24 network
ether5 -> RB250GL
and
RB250GL
port1 -> RB750GL
port2 server 10.10.10.0/24 network
port3 pc1 with 10.10.10.0/24 network
port5 WLAN-AP where clients would get ip from 10.20.10.0/24 network via DHCP located in RB750GL (VLAN 2)
I've tried to create VLAN in RB750GL and set it to ether5 and vice versa set the VLANs in RB250GS but yet I have not found how to set this right.
I've followed instructions from:
http://wiki.mikrotik.com/wiki/SwOS#VLAN_Tab
http://wiki.mikrotik.com/wiki/Manual:Interface/VLAN
Can someone push me into right direction? What seems to be the problem as pc in port4 in RB250GS does not get ip from 2nd dhcp server from RB750GL (pool, dhcp-server and vlan-interface address set correctly i quess?)
Neither clients connecting to WLAN-AP get any ip... and setting the ip manually on pc1 does not allow me to ping 10.20.10.1 (the VLAN2 address on RB750GL)
I'm lost, I thought this would be easy as 1-2-3.
