OSPF routes not imported to the main routing table

Thu May 24, 2012 6:31 pm

Hello,

I have a issue I don't understand and that I would like to solve: I have some OSPF routes that are not imported to the device routing table because I have a static route for the same route. If I delete the static route, the OSPF route is loaded.

But I need the OSPF route to be loaded although there is a statis route for the same subnet, because the static route has a worse distance (150) than the OSPF route (110). The static route has a 150 distance and the OSPF route should be loaded with 110 distance, but it is only loaded when the static route doesn't exist.

When the OSPF route is not loaded to the routing table, the route is show as "imported ext 2" in "/routing ospf routes". But when the OSPF route is loaded to the routing table, the route is shown as "ext 2".

How can I force to load the OSPF route although there is a static route to the same subnet???

Thanks,

Christian
