Is there a way to implement Application-level gateway with routerboard 450g?

My ISP provides some TV services over IP and one of these requires dynamic port forwarding and firewall rules to work.

I did little debugin and it seems that ports that it uses weirdly large range of ports. Lowest that I noticed was tcp/123.
