I am using Mikrotik but I am getting problem with WAN.

I have a WAN link with static IP that has subnetting with /29. I configure it with ip/29. In Mangle mark routing and in route rout to given gateway put ISP DNS.

My problem is I am able to ping wan IPs but could Not open websites. If I want to open website with ips It also not working.
Plz tell me there is any problem with subnetting Static IPS WAN
