Hello, our network is all Mikrotik and we don't want to change that but we have a big problem. The last two years we have needed a solution other then 900mhz,2.4 and 5.8 because it is too saturated causing dropped connections so we purchased licensed 3.65 XR3 cards. The cards have been working good with our Mikrotik routerboards but Ubiquiti has discontinued the XR3 and we don't know where to turn or what to do.

Please help with solution using Mikrotik routerboards and 3.65 frequency. Is there anything else out there that will work with Mikrotik or do we have to drop our Mikrotik setup and go with something new?

Didn't know it existed we purchased DBii 2.4 radios in past and our supplier said they didn't carry any radios in 3.65. This is good and the price is less. Do you know anything about these radios? Do they use the same conversion chart as XR3?

Im not sure I have never used the 3GHz model. I have used other dBii models and they have been great.
