Junos Pulse causing PPPoE to drop on 751

Thu Nov 22, 2012 1:43 pm

I'm having a strange problem with my router.

To access my work VPN I we use Junos pulse, when I connect it up after a few minutes the router will disconnect the pppoe connection to my BT Modem (FTTC).

Once it would keep my laptop on the VPN but my girl friend's laptop had no internet connection (not on vpn), I didn't have time to diagnose the exact issue with the laptop but as soon as I disconnected it was fine.

something weird is going on and I cannot figure it out. Logs are not helpful, is there a way to get them more detailed?

I have included (attached) the output of
export hide-sensitive file config

This is really strange, I have not been able to recreate the drop on my other laptop but within a few minutes of connecting to the VPN the router will drop the wireless. uptime suggests the 751 rebooted.

I have colleagues who have the same device and connect to the same vpn with no issues.
