Have you configured Transparent proxy ,
I don't remember exactly but you have to do it using squid.conf 'transparent' directive and some iptables rules.

Check your squid's cache/access log, i guess there's your clue (perhaps error with acl permission)

http-proxy should redirect only http requests. Do you have any problems with HTTPs, when http-proxy is disabled?

when i enable http-proxy in Mikrotik & disable proxy-seeting in laptop i can only access http sites ,, no https
