Which log?
Image shows some clients HTTP traffic that is going through your firewall (with necessary details about src/dst address/ports and macs).

you have added a firewall rule with action "log". this will just spam your log file with all kinds of information without any benefit. i suggest you remove that rule

First of all you need to set the goal and determine what you want to protect.
MikroTik firewall is very powerful and allow to filter any type of packet you need, different configuration examples are available here,

I have on eth1 isp

eth2 = private network 192.168.200.1/24
eth3 = public network 192.168.201.1/24

I will secure the private network from de public

And private en publice network from de isp
