Hi David. Do you still have your verbose radius logging enabled? When you log in, what does the log say User Manager is returning in the Access-Accept message?

Just something to think about, since it happened to me once. I put myself as a user in the hotspot local database, then enabled RADIUS. I thought I was using the RADIUS user, when in fact it was using the settings in "/ip hotspot user" instead. It checks there first. You don't have a user "david" there, do you?

I don't have a user in the hotspot - I have check this.
I have made a new limitation of 5 min (for test ) and now its good - maybe last time I didn't wait all the time..... so now it's working - thanks .

but now my problem is that I don't see in the user-manager how much time left for that user

how can I know to which router I'm connected? lets say I have 3 router that using the same radius server? I can connect to every-one of them but I don't know (As manger ) who is connected to where- is t possible to know it?
