There are a few issues, but they are not fixed in the above build, that's why they are not in the changelog. Which specific issue are you talking about?

Ok, thanks for confirmation. My issues are in ticket #2013061866000451. Please could you fix them in 6.3? The scripting API is very important to us. :)

Hi normis, and the rest of MT team :)

I've tried v6.2 (build 2013-Jul-08 AND 2013-Jul-16)
Error in 2013-Jul-16 13:48:
- Error URL redirection in hotspot (if we type ex: http://www.mikrotik.com before login, the browser is not redirected to login page)

In v6.2 (2013-Jul-08) and v6.1, no such problem exist 8)

That's it for now :D

Happy Fasting...

Do you intend to address this issue as well. I'm quite sure that it is a bug, because I get different results depending from where I configure DHCPv6 bindings. From the terminal it show IPv6 servers, from Winbox and Webfig it show IPv4 servers.

Regarding scripting errors, please see http://forum.mikrotik.com/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=73772

Although the additional output produced by running scripts in 6.1 may be annoying, the larger problem is that many scripts no longer run successfully in 6.1 as the did in 6.0 and prior revisions. this is definitely not due to changes in the format of commands in 6.1 over previous releases of ROS

For example: "the expansion of local variables now produces a syntax error"

This was a significant (and perhaps an unintended) change such that scripts no longer execute successfully.

x86 and mipsle are little endian - as the problem could have been observer only on those platforms, it is fixed now. MIPSbe has never seen the issue.

IPSec still not working properly on 6.2

With only one ipsec peer configured it works. But if I add a second it won't work.

I can confirm same: on mipsbe (tested on RB750,RB750G and RB2011) IPSec doesn't works well with multiple IPSec peers. I'm able to use it with 2 peers, but not with more than two. However I'm not sure if number of peers are causing the issue.

Note: by switching Exchange mode from main to aggressive I have managed to connect to my other peers.

It really depends on peer config, to tell more write to support with attached supout file.

Normis - I cannot give you remote access to a 6.1 system as with it not working, we had to go back to 5.25 very quickly, where it works some of the time. We still get a lot of timed out errors but if the customer creates a new account and tries PayPal again, he is sometimes lucky. :P

I can actually confirm this.

I have 5 VM Routers, only one randomly stops network traffic tho.
Gonna try to recreate VM and reinstall ROS, I will see if that helps or not.

Testing the version 6.2 on RB751U-2HnD:

• After "reset-configuration" does not enter by MAC Address.
• After "reset-configuration" enters through IPv6 only.
• There are the default script for the equipment.
• SNTP Client not updated.

because reset disables MAC access on Ether1. Did you connect from ports 2-5?

I had this issue before I upgraded ESXi 5.1 with the latest patches.
I am currently running 5.1 U1 and I still have this issue.

Would you happen to remember which patch solved it? I looked through the patches, but couldnt see anything relating to this issue.

I cannot say what solved my isse because I applied every available patch in the end of may 2013. I'm quite sure that the upgrade from 5.1 to 5.1 U1 did not solved anything in my case, therefore I downloaded and applied everything. Now I se that 5.1 U1b has been released, maybe this upgrade will solve your issue.

Hello ,

I have issue with queue simple and tree ,

we use this script for unlimited download from cache proxy , for TOS marking in mangle ,

/ip firewall mangle
add action=mark-packet chain=postrouting comment=SQUID disabled=no dscp=12 new-packet-mark=squid passthrough=no

/queue tree
add burst-limit=0 burst-threshold=0 burst-time=0s disabled=no limit-at=0 max-limit=0 name=FreeSQUID packet-mark=squid parent=global-out priority=8 queue=default

Now there is no Global-Out just Global and it not work at this script.
/queue tree
add name=FreeSQUID packet-mark=Proxy_cache parent=global queue=default

if you use Simple Queues for limiting users, you need to create Simple Queue for unlimited traffic
