Ive noticed that one of our queues is only detecting download traffic and nothing for upload:

I then disabled this quque and recreated a new one identically and that is working:
1 name="f" target=196.41.120.0/24 dst=196.41.120.0/24 parent=none packet-marks="" priority=8/8 queue=default-small/default-small limit-at=0/0 max-limit=100M/100M burst-limit=0/0
burst-threshold=0/0 burst-time=0s/0s

the name b meaning broken and f meaning fixed.
i can disable f and reenble b (the broken one) and same thing the broken one doesnt work.

Ive now got both of these at the top of the list so nothing below should be effecting this:

When i enable and disable the other one herewith stats: look at packets.
