sip phone one way audio

hello i am at my home. my company give me a rb751u-2hnd and a yealink ip phone

i configured a PPtp client to connect to the company from my home.

And i Create a ip firewall nat masquerade scrnat

So now everything is correct i can call company from my home but the problem is that they can hear me but i cant hear them :)

any help? or anyone can tell me the correct configuration

company ip address: 192.168.0.0/24
routerboard ip address: 192.168.15.0/24
my internet dsp ip address: 192.168.1.1/24

Speaker problem?
Can't imagine that when phone is working (available on network and able to call) that this is a network problem.

the problem is that they can hear me in my office.
But i cant hear them :)

disable sip helper.

ip->firewall->Service Ports

i disable it and same problem.

could you send me the configuration from a to z

i need to create a pptp client to connect through vpn to my company server
