NAT from one bridge to antoher on wan ip

Mon Aug 19, 2013 1:28 am

Dear All,

I have a problem with connecting from one bridge to another via public ip (RB493).

I have wanIP1 nat-ed (dst/src-nat) to a dmzIP1 (server) in dmzbridge (this works).

Then I have lanbridge where my workstations have lanIPs and they access internet via wanIP2 (src-nat rule).

If I try to connect from lanbridge to dmzIP1 the masquerade rule takes affect and I can connect to the server (but it sees me as router ip).
If I try to connect from lanbridge to wanIP1 the connection could not be established.

Is there any way I can convince the router to connect to wanIP1 (to dmzIP1) with wanIP2 (originating from the lanbridge)?

Thank you for any usable hint.

Best regards,
Tomaž
