I am no expert but you need to add the profile to the user (click the "+" then check if the profile and any limitations has been added) when you add the user (if you have not done so already) This is in your step 6. Also the message you display in your step "last" is not from usermanager but from your browser/operating system.

Also post under forum topic Usermanager, if you have not done so allready.

I have found that you got to "play around" en test the usermanager BEFORE going live. Take the time. Try all combinations of possibilities, some WILL work and other will NOT. In this process you will also become more familiar with the system. Get a few training/learning router boards and setup a "test bench"

Obviously I have no idea how advanced you are in this product, so I am really putting out my neck here.......

Please accept my apologies if these suggestions are really useless, I know all to well what it feels like not to be answered, it is quite common with Mikrotik.
