RouterOS v6.7 drops IP configuration

Thu Jan 09, 2014 10:49 am

Hello,

Yesterday evening three of our RB2011uas-2HnD lost internet connectivity at once (different ISP providers at different locations). Today, inspecting the problem we saw very weird situation - every mikrotik was lost their WAN IP config. There was no IP address in addresses section. And it happened at once for all three routers.

Any ideas?

Thanks.

Do you have any scheduled jobs on the router or externally which might be buggy under certain conditions?

Zap.

Log files are clear. Employes in these offices tried to restart routers themselves. Just enabled to put log files on disk
