Greetings everybody . i m from china and my name is linlin

recently i got a Puzzled problem. sometimes our PC could not get the dynamic ip address (i m a network administrator in my company)

i will describe the problem :

router os version : 5.21;
DHCP enable and works fine normally ;
we have
an network 10.95.25.0/24 for office work , gateway 10.95.25.1 (all the PC have mac bind ip addresses)
another 10.95.26.0/24 for our linux servers list ,gateway 10.95.26.1;

for all the staff we use 10.95.25.0/24 to work ,and always no problems;
but sometimes, one may not get ip address 10.95.25.* , but get ip 10.95.26.** anyway , then gateway also wrong , not 10.95.25.1 neither 10.95.26.1,
so the PC could not get to internect ; but when i make the settings static by artificial , it will works ; and change back to DHCP it works !

so this problem troubling me but not always happening

if anybody met this problems , what should i do to prevent this things:(

If you want official support, use 6.12 and contact your local dealer, it can suggest you if are one problem with your configuration, and can suggest to write or not one mail with problem description at support@mikrotik.com

If you want user support (this forum) use 5.26, the last 5.x,
update the BIOS [firmware] to the last version,
specify what RouterBoard you use, RouterOS version, BIOS [firmware] version, package installed,
post in the forum the result of "/export hide-sensitive compact" command
and wait if someone, not payed to do that, can help you.
