i have a router board (RB950) and set with this setting pcq with Rate=0
but this SETTING doesnot working and bandwidth dosenot balance between users.
this is my setting:
/queue simple
add max-limit=0/4M name=queue1 queue=default-small/pcq-download-default \
target=""
that tested by router os 6.3-6.4-6.5-6.10-6.11-6.12
