I tend to use the ROS v5 with some additional simple scripts on routerboard hardware. These scripts will produce a quite heavy CPU load with baseline at 50% on RB433AH and similar devices. I wonder if the ROS v6 has addressed that part or not?

PS: Some time ago I did ask for JIT compiling of the scripts, but no knowledge emerged from that.
