How do I allow local traffic to the host (ie. ping self) while having a drop all traffic at the end of the input firewall chain?

In Linux I would normally accept traffic from "lo" to allow host to ping itself. However there's no lo-interface in MikroTik and traffic to own ip seems to instead come from "(unknown)" interface which I can't figure out how to accept.
