I don't think my customer can open my CPE on the roof and frequently connects to serial com port.
Could it be a bug of router os? Can anyone try to connect via ip and result as local?

Do you have any type of USB LTE modems or something along those lines installed on the CPE?

I'm having the exact same problem. Did you ever figure this out?
