RB2011UIAS: intermittent traffic on all ports on the switch
RB2011UIAS has 2 switch chipset. Those glitches occurs only in busiest chip and affects all ports of this chip. However, a RB750GL connected to a port shows no flashing therefore may only be a winbox problem.
