we had to use a cabling where only 4 wires where connected (1,2,3,6). With normal ethernetswitches this works for a 100MBit/s connection. But S-RJ01 in a CCR shows a connection but just dont work. Tried autoneg and fixed at 100 at both sides.

In this table say s-rj01 works on 1gbit, 100mbit and 10mbit in CCR routers.

Yes. Tried 2 different cables. Used CCR1016-12S-1S+. With 8 wires this same interface works. Cable tester says they are ok.

In SFP+ port it don´t work. Only SFP ports...
