i have clarification about the netinstall to reinstall the mikrotik OS.. can any one advise me to reinstall the STEP by step procedure, I found on youtube i fallowed that procedure but it will not working.. give me a clear solution. if possible give the screen shot.

There was a problem with that steps.. it will not entering flash in that steps.
