I ask that PoE be included, it is really not that expensive I would think.

What's home device going to do with hardware encryption? I myself would welcome if my home router had it, but I think that I belong to very small percentage of home users who need something like this. Or 256MB+ RAM? Better than 32MB of course, but otherwise I have no idea what good would it do for home device. Especially coupled with current "trendy" 16MB of flash... and you can bet that MikroTik would not give you more.
