SXT G-5HPacD REBBOOTING WHEN CONNECTED TO SWITCH

Fri Jul 29, 2016 11:34 am

Hello All,
I just observe that my SXT SA5 AC wireless outdoor radio keeps rebooting when  it's plug to a switch on the network. I have upgraded the firmware to 3.29 and also the router os VERSION : 6.34.2. I eve try connecting it with a blank switch and it's doing the same behavior. Please what can I do.

Yes Thanks for your response. I have done that already even upgrade the router board firmware to the latest. The issue is that it's working with my laptop but can't work with any layer 2 or 3 switch. I can login with winbox and do any changes i want.

Are you using same power source - when connected to PC and Switch ?

Best option would be to generate supout file after reboot, and send it to support@mikrotik.com
