Hi,

I have a Radio with a 911 AC routerboard, I can not access physically to the unit, is on the customer. hardware reset is out of option.

I tried several windows, 7,810, winbox versions, the routerboard have the 6.34 version.

change radios, power supplies, POE injectors, different computers, every radio connected no matter what computer shows in winbox the IP 0.0.0.0, try to login and unable, error msg.

The routerboards was already configured and had IP etc. This is not happen with just one radio, happens with all 6 radios the customer have

anyone already had this problem
