I am having a weird problem

The one router works fine, but from time to time I have issue connecting to the router via winbox, or any other means.

Router is still opperational in that traffic passes through the router.

I am just not able to connect to it to manage it.

Problem always starts when I connect to the router, it's loading the winbox screen, that loading stops, and then the only way I can gain access is to reboot the router, then I have access again.

I don't know how to get a supout file created whilst it's in this state.

Funny thing is it will work days like normal, then suddenly when I try and access it via winbox, then the services for connecting to the router seems to hang.

Any ideas on what I can do to resolve, not really wanting to do an update, as the router crashed when updating last time, and I then had to do a netinstall to get it working again.

try reseting and reconfigure manually. other than that try to upgrade or just buy a new one if that one is that old..
