Hello all,

My rb800 in testing was working fine, well mostly I had to kill power to it (Poe) sometimes to get it to start up. Now the blue LED turns on for a second, I hear the speaker click and it Powers off than repeats that every second or so.

Do you think the caps are toast? They all look pretty clean, no bloat. I've removed all components from the board minus the CPU fan and it's still just stuck in an endless loop of on/off.

I've tried a dedicated Poe power source and my trusty Poe switch. Both produce the same results. I do NOT have an AC adaptor to test with.
