Well, I ve read the Netinstall documentation and procedure (before my first post).
To see the difference I do a Netinstall upgrade to another Routerboard that was ok, and this is the log :
trying bootp protocol... OK
Got IP address: 10.100.0.25
resolved mac address 00:40:63:F1:EC:6A
transfer started ....................... transfer ok, time=1.49s
setting up elf image... OK
jumping to kernel code

After that, I saw the routerboard in the Netinstall window and do a succesful installation of routerOS package.
In the other hand, with the RB411 without kernel the log is (same PC running Netinstall and serial communication to RB, same cables, same power supply, etc) :
Press any key within 2 seconds to enter setup..
kernel not found

...and get there. It never appears in the Netinstall window.
