Did anybody experience the PCI 32-bit board named: IN/E44

I intend to purchase one to test in Windows VMware environment. BUT a friend of mine did already this test and told me this pci board hangs in Windows environment even without vmware running.Does anybody knows any helping issue regarding this topic?
