I have a lobometrics 954RS.
after a while the eth0 port didnt came up, but I still hear the "double beeps" which means to me that the board is booted.
so I opened the enclosure.
my board turns on with POE but the LAN interface does not came up.
so I used to turn on the board by attaching the power supply to the power jack and connected my laptop to the board trough eth1 and eth2 jacks on the board.
both of the eth port came up each time I tried to connect, and the device was discovered by WinBox, but 1 second after a successful login in device the winbox gives me the error " router has been disconnected ".
this issue happened on both eth1 and eth2 ports.
then I used a serial cable and hyper terminal.
I reset the configuration by shorting the plate on the board.
but it always hangs at starting services.
here is what I get in hyper terminal :

can anyone help me on this?

Reload with Netinstall.

what happens to the license of my OS? I haven`t done it before, I don`t know what happens next?
should purchase a new OS with new license?

It will re-use your license when you do the Netinstall.
