the rb433ah is a router meaning you dont need the linksys router, and it has the slots for mini pci cards for the wireless cards which means you dont need the linksys wireless, But you can elaborate your network so that better advise can be given on the same. what is the rb433ah supposed to do?

Before you proceed, you need to find out what type of internet connection you have, its either pppoe which you need username and password on the modem to connect to internet,or DHCP which gets automatic ip from your ISP. Once you knew it already, remove the modem and linksys and replace it with the RB433ah, if its PPOE,look for the manual on how to configure PPPoe on a mikrotik router, same thing with DHCP but its a lot easier. Usually you use ether1 as WAN interface or the one that is connected to your ISP, Ethernet2, to client computers or switches. After that, you need to setup firewall rules such as masquerade etc. Please correct me if im wrong, Im also new in mikrotik.

Thanxs guys...why i need the mikrotik 433ah between d linksys and d modem is basically for remote monitoring, from d HQ to remotely login for support. d linksys Acess Point will be responsible for d wireless distribution of internet to all devices on d network.

Like Normis says, you will be much better off letting the RB take care of the wireless part as well. Just one R52 card and you are there.
Alternatively, if the AP must be located elsewhere, run an RB411A as AP and cable between them.
