RB750 revealed!

Sun Sep 06, 2009 8:39 pm

When I first buy a new hardware product, I always open it up to see what is inside.

This time I am sharing it with you.

RouterBOARDs are all powered by RouterOS software. Feature wise they are all the same. Different is only performance, size and number of ports.

So the level of OS will determine what it can do.

Yes, and to see how the levels of licenses compare, see this table:

hardware and level of license are limiting factors. But license level usually matches hardware. So if you better stick with license level of the board, and if you think you need something more, buy router with higher license level.

Got my RB750 yesterday,

And I was so surprised at how small it was.

Compared to the rb433 its tiny,

Really nice little unit, cheap too.
