Largeish Network setup

Sat Oct 10, 2009 8:36 pm

Hey guys,

I have been asked to join a few companies together via Wireless.

I have thinking and i have spent some time drawing up network diagrams,

Please let me know if you think this will work. and comments and advice will be greatly appreciated.

Here is a simple general Diagram of the whole layout:

The idea is there are 2 companies here.
The one has 2 offices out at the granite mines and the head office is in town where the internet source will come from.
To get the wireless to the mines we had to put up a repeater tower on a nearby mountain. And their conditions where that we supply them internet as a payment for using their hill (they will still pay for what they use) cause there is no internet out in that area so they all quiet desperate.

The company that is on the hill (office block 2) must be totally isolated from the main company as we don’t want them moaning if some thing goes wrong, and then they can have their own settings:

Here are the more detailed images off each office:

Office one will need 433 since it needs more than 1 eth.
I would use mikrotik AP at each bldg for nstreme.
I don't understand your PPOE configuration and don't see how you can offer public IP to bldg 2.

sorry but what do yu mean by bldg?

and witht he PPPoE.

if you jut set up a modem normaly, does the router/modem connect to the internet via PPPoE?

so what i want to do is allow 2 routers.gateways to connect via the internet behind annother router?

and yes i will need a rb433 as i need 2 network ports. thought the 411 had 2.
