Quick question,
I have a MicroTik Router board 1000. The basic network is up and running great, but I am having problems with PPTP. I set up the PPTP server and PPTP secert by adding in the user name and password. Protocols 1723 and 47 setup in the firewall with the accept rule. I am using the Windows XP VPN client, I have read the manual and this should be a basic setup. Whenever I try and connect from a seperate network, I have no luck loging into the router when I use the public IP as the IP of the interface I am logging into. Is there something I am missing and is there away to direct the user login to a PC within the network?
