i'm new on RouterBoard usage, i have problem with my rb433ah, eth0(POE) always blinking but cable is not pluged. and then i format the NAND and i cannot install it again. its still blinking (ETH0) , i try to install with netinstall but netinstall cannot reach routerboard ( i tried all ethernet ports). are there any way to install it and how i fix the unused blinking port.

Netinstall will work on Ethernet1 only.
Make sure you enabled Etherboot on RouterBOARD and configured Netinstall properly,

You receive RB with eth1 problem or something happen when you use it? If you have problem with any interface no reason formating NAND. Just make /system reset-configuration or upgrade RouterOS
