Hi. Try to upgrade again with http://wiki.mikrotik.com/wiki/Netinstall maybe something went wrong when you upgraded ( power failure).

Hold reset button (from front panel) during boot time longer, until LED turns off, then release it to make RB750 look for Netinstall servers. Also turn off any firewall that you use on your computer.
Good luck

And i forgot to tell you : use the first ethernet port, it was the only one that worked for me to do a netinstall. Don't know if it's a bug but i can't do a netinstall on RB750G on ports 2-5.

Netinstall is working on Ethernet1 port only for RouterBOARD 750.
Make sure the latest Netinstall version is used, which is available for download from MikroTik.com.

Thanks for clarifying the thing with netinstall working only on Ethernet 1 and you should put it in manual also because it took me half hour to realize that.

How long you hold reset button of RB750 (Does ACT LED start to blink? Does it stop?)?

Please, try the following,
- hold on reset button of the RouterBOARD 750;
- attach power supply to the router;
- wait for the ACT LED, report us about the results.

Thanks for the help Sergejs....

Making recommendations, these are the results:

-ACT LED blinks
-The Port 1 LED lights for about 20 seconds, then off
-In the computer network cable connected appears

Run the NetInstall and can not find the router.
Returning to read the manual find the following:

Before you start:
Unzip and save the two netinstall files in the same directory. The two
files are "netinstall.exe" and "mingwm10.dll."

however, the file "mingwd10.dll" does not appear when it is decompressed...

sorry for the inconvenience ..... I'm new to this ...
Any help will be very well appreciated

First connect lan cable to ethernet1, run netinstall then do
Please, try the following,
- hold on reset button of the RouterBOARD 750;
- attach power supply to the router;
- wait for the ACT LED, report us about the results.
Also make sure that you use static IP (ex. 192.168.1.10) and boot server is enabled in netinstall and using an IP in same subnet (ex. 192.168.1.11).
Unzip and save the two netinstall files in the same directory. The two
files are "netinstall.exe" and "mingwm10.dll."[/b]

however, the file "mingwd10.dll" does not appear when it is decompressed...

Not anymore for newer versions of netinstall.

Official Netinstall documentation is here,
http://wiki.mikrotik.com/wiki/Netinstall
Make sure you have downloaded the latest version and followed the instruction carefully.
