According to this NAND size is 64M so you don't need to fix anything.

Hmm I got 6xRb600A and 5 of them are with 128mb

Than you should be asking how to fix those routerboards to show 64MB instead 128MB 
Seriously, the spec sheet shows what you should get, anything more you can consider as a bonus. For example I have old RB433AH with 512MB and new with 64MB...

You're right (http://routerboard.com/pricelist.php?showProduct=55) RB600A should have 128MB...the RB600 has 64mb and RB600A has 128Than you should be asking how to fix those routerboards to show 64MB instead 128MB
